5. Payments and Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the discretion of Mary Sees It.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations and rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of payment.
